Identifying That USC Song Girl for Posterity

One day after the internets went ga-ga over the apparent exposure of a USC Song Girl's back-side, the race is now on to identify which song girl it is in the infamous picture.

The Awful Announcing blog, which is credited with exposing this story, believes that the Song Girl in question is Megan, concluding, "Legs....same, nose.....same, height.....same, um...upper region.....same."

Deadspin, on the other hand, suggests that it is not Megan but Alli, because, "there seems to be some discrepancy between the jaw structure of "Megan" and this screenshot taken just seconds before the cruel twist of wedgied/thonged fate reered its wondrous bumps."

I think they're both wrong...it's Allison, IMHO.

For more photographic evidence and my reasoning, see the photo-mash (and UPDATE) I put together after the jump...
First of all, open this link with all of the 2006 Song Girls photographed and their names for reference...then put your hand back on the keyboard, boys...and follow with me in the photo-mash below.

Posterior Girl, as she will be known on this family-friendly site, is the third Song Girl from the end. Next to the blonde, who is in the fourth shot.

In the second shot, the first Song Girl from the left is clearly Anasheh, and her long locks make it into the screen, but barely in the main photo in question. Next to her is Teni...then the Blonde...then Posterior-Girl.

Luckily, we have shots of posterior girl which we took right before the Notre Dame Game in November (shots 4 & 5 below), in which we have pointed out Posterior-Girl.

And in the amazingly clone-like world of USC Song Girls there is only one who has highlights in her dark hair...and it's not Alli. The one with highlights, wavyness and the same hairstyle in my photos, the ABC screenshots and on the USC Song Girls website is...Allison! Add to that she also has the height, legs, protruding jawline and smile, etc., and I think we've found Posterior-Girl! For posterity, of course.

* UPDATE: You've got to love the internets. Via a USC fan blog with spirit squad connections, we get the following, definitive answer from, an anonymous, but allegedly, reputable source: "It's Megan....here's how I know. Alison and Ali are first years so they wouldn't be second in the 'step-off' line that's reserved for older members...kim and natalie (the two song girls behind the twirlers are the captains."
