Yesterday, I saw a brief mention that Mario Williams had a burnt-orange Lamborghini and was driving it around NC State. Well today, I find this YouTube video that seems to show Williams racing someone in a 2006 Subaru Imprezza STI along I-40.
The video quality is often Blair Witch project-like (and unsurprisingly, it contains a bit of NSFW language). And what is seen on there is so stupid in so many ways that my use of the English language fails me. So help me out here .... what say you?
Update: YouTube removed the video. Some screen shots of the video and description of it are at the 850: The Buzz blog (via Deadspin).
Update 2: The Big Lead found the video.

I find both videos disturbing! If that is truly Mario Williams driving that car, then please send this to the Texans office. And send another copy to his mother (she handled him well during college)! We have waited patiently for a year because of his foot problem, while being told what a mistake it was not to draft one of the other "two guys." The girl was right. He was endangering other lives. Young man behaving stupidly! Grow up, Mario! We NEED you alive and well!

We also need the OTHER people on the road alive and well. This behavior is stupid, selfish, and irresponsible.

I would make a comment about his driving except that I've gotten at least one speeding ticket in my lifetime. What I can't understand is how he didn't realize that this tape would end up on the internet. Once you are in the public eye you are never out of it, especially now that everyone carries a camera.

And I actually supported taking him with the first pick
hmmmm. Sure hope his foot problem isnt from racing cars. Based on the 2 videos it will not be long before his activities catch the attention of the league as well as law inforcement. Pray he does not kill innocent drivers before that happens

Eric-
Man, that's cold. Recent reports are that he is healed up with his foot problems. I really look forward to seeing him for a season full-strength.
Thanks for reading and commenting.

actually, espn's Cold Pizza just talked about this, and also the fact that he's being told not to do anything on his foot for a month or two... He should be ready by all the camps, though.
I guess he's got some sort of issue with it for now tho... Some sort of metal imbalance in his foot. I think it's Lead. {ahem}

The only thing that I find outrageous about this video is the stupid wench that's in the car with him.

This is stupid, but most of us would probably do the same thing if we owned a Car that fast. Those of you that are acting like he did the worst thing in the world own minivans, suvs, and toyota camry's. Get a Life.

What's more disturbing...seeing Mario do 80+ mph or knowing the guy taking the video says he's doing "about 120" while trying to shoot the video and drive at the same time, one-handed at night in traffic!!??

He actually sounds like he can snap off the shifts pretty quick and tight, doesn't do anything odd while at speed, etc. I was fearing the worst in the beginning, you know the typical "dumb new star gets money and buys a car he can't handle."
As for going quick on a freeway, who hasn't done 175mph here and there? I know I have ;)

LMFAO @ that girl. It's his life, his car, his ticket (if he would have got caught). Yes, he should have rented a track instead of using a public road, but hey no one got hurt and they had some fun. How many of you people can say you've never used poor judgment while driving? Anyone, Anyone... Bueller, Bueller???
