In all fairness, he's not being over loud nor does he sound intoxicated. He was really led there by the interviewer who offered up one of his most oft-quoted movie lines. Willis simply repeated (and finished) the quote in a plain, non-aggressive manner. Just like the interviewer wanted him to.
